The pommel is stamped dr, the leather grip looks to have been rewrapped a long time ago. The brass knuckle guard is stampde 25m / 250. The ricasso is stamped with, anchor, u. S. N, dr, and 1863.
hTe oher side bearly visible is ames mfg co. The overall length is 32 and the blade is 26 with a blood groove on both sides. Original piece of naavl history.
