Civil War Era Union Officer Belt Buckle WbeltThis si a civil war era belt and belt buckle, it was aquired in the state of maine. From an estate sale. The leather belt measures approx. 36 overall, it is musty and dry but intact and not rotted. The buckle is a 2 piece buckle, both pieces are stamped in the brass on the back with the number 883. Adjustable belt hook is also brass. I believe it is a union officer buclke and it is in original condition with some scratches. Has not been cleaned. Plesae read before placing your bid.
